Revenue per load, pay per driver, deductions, escrow and chargebacks, settled in the ledger rather than in a workbook that gets emailed on Thursdays. Ask and we will walk you through the trucking deck.
A settlement is not a paycheck. It is a per-load calculation with mileage or percentage pay, accessorials, advances, escrow contributions, insurance and lease deductions, and a chargeback history, produced weekly, disputed occasionally, and needing to reconcile to both the driver statement and the general ledger. NetSuite has no load record and no settlement engine. Carriers run the calculation in Excel and journal the result, which means the driver statement and the books are two different documents that happen to agree most weeks.
Asset-based carriers, owner-operator fleets and mixed fleets on NetSuite. Anyone running settlements weekly and reconciling them monthly.
No load boards, no planning board, no driver assignment. We take the load record and account for it.
Miles come in from your system of record. We do not read the truck. And no route optimization: not our lane.
Not a filing service. We produce the jurisdiction mileage and fuel-tax computation. You or your provider file it.
Fuel purchases import by file. Direct card integration is separately scoped.

Freight factoring is the norm, not the exception. Assigned receivables, advances, reserves and factor reconciliation, on the invoices this application produces.
Send us the line item you want to replace: the vendor, the annual number and what it is priced on. We will tell you plainly whether we can replace it, and quote it in two lines: the license, and any services you choose to add.
